Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead a growing multi-state 3PL and warehousing network.

This executive will oversee six states with profitability, process standardization, and leadership development at the core of the role. The ideal candidate will have extensive multi-site operations experience, strong P&L management, and a track record of scaling operations while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 10+ years in progressive operations leadership in 3PL/warehousing or similar
• 5+ years leading multi-site operations via directors or regional managers
• Proven full P&L responsibility across multiple facilities
• Track record of improving profitability, safety, and productivity
• Experience launching facilities and managing growth

Mansioni

• Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics across six states
• Develop Directors of Operations and other leaders to drive accountability
• Maintain full P&L responsibility with focus on profitability and cost control
• Establish SOPs, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and retention
• Lead new facility startups and customer implementations
• Collaborate with Sales and exec team on growth strategies and planning
• Utilize WMS, EDI, and reporting to improve forecasting and decisions
• Implement labor management and productivity standards
• Build leadership pipeline through coaching and development
• Ensure safety compliance and alignment with customer requirements
• Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and capital investments
