SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Operations to lead a growing multi-state 3PL network. This role oversees warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and value-added services with a hands-on, results-driven leadership style.

The ideal candidate has extensive multi-site operations experience, strong P&L management skills, and a track record building high-performing teams while driving operational excellence. On-site with regional travel.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership across 3PL/warehousing or related fields.
• 5+ years overseeing multi-site operations through directors or regional leaders.
• Proven experience managing full P&L across multiple facilities.
• Experience launching new facilities and managing growth.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics operations across six states.
• Manage Directors of Operations, Operations Excellence, and Safety to ensure performance.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility with focus on profitability and labor productivity.
• Establish SOPs, metrics, and continuous improvement across all locations.
• Drive improvements in safety, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
• Lead new facility startups, customer implementations, and expansions.
• Partner with Sales and executives on growth, pricing, and planning.
• Utilize WMS, EDI, and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Implement labor management strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop leadership through coaching and mentoring.
