Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead a growing multi-state 3PL and warehousing network. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong P&L management, and a track record of building high-performing teams across six states.

Responsibilities include overseeing warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and value-added services, driving profitability, and implementing standardized processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in 3PL, warehousing, or related fields.
• 5+ years overseeing multi-site operations through directors or regional leadership.
• Proven experience managing full P&L across multiple facilities.
• Experience launching new facilities and managing growth initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, labor management, KPIs, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations across six states.
• Develop and mentor Directors of Operations and regional leaders.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility with focus on profitability and efficiency.
• Establish SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement across all locations.
• Drive safety, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction improvements.
