WRMC is seeking a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead property operations across a multi-state HOA portfolio. This role focuses on operational excellence, client relationships, and team development, driving growth and service quality.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive property management experience, strong business acumen, and a track record of improving organizational performance. A hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of property management or hospitality leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• CMCA, AMS and/or PCAM designations preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and operational performance management.
• Proven ability to build client relationships, manage escalated concerns, and drive client retention.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to property locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop operational management teams to drive high performance and accountability.
• Oversee property operations, including financial performance, maintenance, and service delivery.
• Establish standardized operating procedures to drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with HOA boards and key clients, addressing escalated concerns.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen service offerings.
