Job summary

Attivo Partners is seeking a VP, Client Delivery to lead the finance and accounting delivery for a portfolio of VC-backed startups. You will supervise client service teams, ensure on-time, in-scope work, and act as senior technical finance resource alongside partners and CFOs.

You will drive post-close review, KPI dashboards, and process improvements while mentoring the team, shaping delivery strategy, and maintaining strong client relationships across remote engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
Hands-on finance ownership at VP/Controller level in VC-backed startups.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery across all client accounts to ensure on-time, in-scope work with quality.
Serve as senior escalation point for delivery issues with client executives.
Lead technical finance work including ASC 606, ASC 718, ASC 842, and GAAP reconciliations.
Build and review financial models, dashboards, and runways for clients.
Coach and develop the delivery team and streamline processes.
