Job summary

Attivo Partners is hiring a Senior Controller to own all accounting functions for multiple client engagements, including on-chain and off-chain month-end closes, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.

You will develop financial models, manage payroll and vendor payments, and help establish robust accounting policies while mentoring a team across clients. Travel is occasional, with fully remote work supported from multiple U.S. hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CFA preferred.
• 8+ years progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years at Assistant Controller level and multi-client experience preferred.
• 2+ years at a Web3/crypto company and familiarity with blockchain accounting.
• Experience mentoring high performing accounting teams and leading audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, eliminations and consolidations for multiple clients.
• Prepare monthly consolidated client financials with fluctuation analyses.
• Define and implement ASC 606 revenue recognition policies.
• Oversee tax compliance and client tax matters.
• Lead annual financial audits and mentor accounting staff.
