Job summary

Attivo Partners is seeking a Business Development Representative with a strong accounting background to manage full-cycle client accounting and own the complete sales cycle for new clients. The role blends technical accounting work with relationship-driven sales in a remote-friendly environment, serving venture-backed startups.

The candidate should have deep experience from Assistant Controller to Controller, plus a proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships with VC networks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience (Assistant Controller to Controller)
• 5+ years in quota-carrying sales/business development in B2B or professional services
• Experience closing new business with startup/VC clients

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle client accounting for an assigned book, including month-end close and financial statements
• Lead full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to engagement
• Develop financial models and KPI dashboards for clients
• Support client tax matters and prep for audits
