Qualifications

• 8–11 years of demonstrated strategic communications and multimedia design experience translating complex ideas into clear, executive-ready products in fast-paced environments.
• Master’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree with 10–13 years may substitute in lieu of Master’s degree.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust and FAA suitability (US Citizen).
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and messaging clarity.

Responsibilities

• Translate OCM strategy into finished creative products across print, digital, social, and video formats.
• Design and produce training materials (job aids, slide decks, quick reference guides, e‑learning assets, video walkthroughs).
• Develop internal and external social media content with audience-specific tone.
• Partner with OCM leads to ensure intent and raise concerns when needed.
• Maintain visual standards and templates across BNATCS materials.
• Edit and produce short-form video content from footage or concepts.
• Adapt content for different audiences and channels; public-facing formats.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, linking to adoption goals.
