Qualifications

• 3–5 years of change management experience with client-facing work.
• Experience delivering organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement change management plans for client initiatives.
• Identify stakeholder needs and expectations related to change initiatives.
• Conduct impact analyses and recommend change interventions and engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with communications teams to develop stakeholder updates.
• Provide coaching to managers and supervisors to drive adoption.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of change activities and framework; adjust as needed.
• Proactively address risks and resistance related to change efforts.
• Develop communication materials, training, and support resources.
