Job summary

Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Manager, Investment to lead media portfolios and shape strategic plans for clients in New York. You will mentor a Video Associate team, cultivate strong client relationships, and present insights to drive media decisions.

Responsibilities include negotiating video buys, developing market analyses, and coordinating across teams to deliver robust upfront planning and strategy presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the media business; video experience preferred
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Strong negotiating abilities
• Technical proficiency with listed tools and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
• Ability to use media research and reporting resources

Responsibilities

• Own accounts and build strong client relationships
• Mentor at least two team members
• Run client and team meetings; build cross-agency rapport
• Negotiate total video purchases including digital OLV
• Develop and present media POVs for clients
• Present ownership issues and marketplace analyses
• Troubleshoot billing and allocation problems
• Assist in research projects for clients
• Prepare and present strategy and upfront to clients
• Manage daily/monthly/quarterly stewardship of buys
• Assist in Upfront negotiations and planning costs
• Attend Video Investment Activation Training
