Heartland Veterinary Partners' Broken Arrow Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, finances, HR, marketing, and IT, partnering with the MDVM to ensure profitability and high client satisfaction. The role is full-time, on-site in Broken Arrow, OK, reporting to Regional Director of Operations.

You will manage budgeting, pricing with MDVM, payroll, accounts payable, vendor relations, and staffing, while fostering a fear-free, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional degrees or certification preferred.
• Experience in veterinary practice management is a plus.
• Strong financial literacy and people leadership are required.

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance and drives revenue growth.
• Controls expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facilities.
• Oversees inventory management and pricing with MDVM.
• Owns budgeting input and creates performance reports.
• Ensures compliant operations, safety, and regulatory adherence.
• Manages staff scheduling and vendor relationships for quality support.
• Leads performance evaluations and team development.
• Partners with Heartland Recruiting to fill open requisitions.
