Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, the Practice Manager leads operations, HR, marketing, and IT management to drive profitability and growth while protecting the practice legacy and delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in applied science, veterinary technology, or business a plus; Practice Manager Certification a plus
• Good communication and client service skills; ability to lift patients and carry equipment as needed
• Strong computer and MS Office skills; familiarity with practice management software a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance and drives revenue growth with team alignment.
• Oversees expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facilities.
• Ensures inventory management and pricing accuracy in collaboration with MDVM.
• Maintains compliant medical records and ensures regulatory adherence.
• Leads staff scheduling, performance reviews, and team development.
