Qualifications

• 5+ years of business management experience required.
• CVPM or equivalent education preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Financial leadership: monitor performance, budgets, payroll, and growth.
