USVTA invites an experienced Partner Veterinarian to lead a dedicated hospital team in Bellevue, WA, directing clinical care while building equity.

The ideal candidate will hold a DVM/VMD, maintain an active license (DEA preferred), and demonstrate strong leadership and commitment to ethics. Ownership or profit-sharing opportunities are available, with a comprehensive rewards package and supportive professional growth.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent (VMD) degree from AVMA‑accredited college/university.
• Active state veterinary license in good standing or currently pursuing licensure.
• Current DEA license in good standing or willing to obtain.
• Commitment to veterinary ethics and upholding professional standards.
• Proven leadership experience and a strong interest in hospital ownership/equity.
