Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Product Management Director to steer strategy, portfolio direction, and go-to-market execution across electrical product lines. You will lead lifecycle management, drive new product development, and oversee profitability while mentoring the Product Marketing team within Hubbell Electrical Products.

You will partner with sales, operations, and market teams to shape plans, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with financial goals.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Marketing or Engineering required; MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years marketing experience in electrical products industry.
• Change Management Leader to drive new product development and portfolio expansion.
• Strong leadership to plan at strategic and operational levels.
• Proven track record in marketing and sales strategies achieving objectives.
• Experience in new product development with project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute three- and five-year strategic plans and product roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Create annual business and product management plans, initiatives, and tollgates.
• Monitor and analyze product marketing activities against goals.
• Develop market insights from research, trends, and competition to guide development.
• Drive new product development to expand core portfolio and adjacent markets.
• Collaborate with sales to manage channel and partner strategies.
• Provide sales support by attending trade shows, meetings, and calls.
• Coordinate with Operations to align capacity with demand.
• Identify pricing opportunities to achieve results; manage portfolio and inventory.
• Develop high-performing product marketing teams through hiring and mentoring.
• Lead through influence in matrixed organizations; support M&A activities.
