Hubbell Incorporated in Shelton, CT seeks a Director of Product Management to lead strategy, portfolio direction, and go-to-market execution for electrical product lines. You will drive long-range business planning, market insights, new product development, and lifecycle management while improving financial performance.

You will mentor the Product Marketing team, collaborate across functions, and align sales, operations, and channels to grow market share and profitability.

Formación

• BS/BA in Marketing or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years marketing experience in the electrical products industry.
• Strong leadership with strategic and operational planning ability.
• Track record of developing and launching new products and leveraging tollgate processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute 3- and 5-year strategic plans with a product roadmap across functions.
• Create annual business and product management plans, incl. programs and new product introductions.
• Oversee and analyze product marketing activities against goals and metrics.
• Generate market insights from research, trends, and competition in target segments.
• Drive new product development to expand core portfolio and adjacent markets.
• Collaborate with sales to shape channel and partner strategies and programs.
• Provide sales support by attending trade shows, meetings, and calls.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to align capacity with demand.
• Monitor competitive landscape and pricing opportunities.
• Manage portfolio with extensions, SKU optimization, and inventory control.
