This role leads a national network of 50+ third-party transportation partners, driving cost control, margin optimization, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Pricing, IT, Customer Service, Billing, and Operations to align with

Qualificações

• 6–10 years of experience in vendor performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the performance of the Preferred Partner network end-to-end.
• Develop and execute vendor network strategy across sourcing, segmentation, and coverage.
• Lead KPI development, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Scale the vendor network to support growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, IT, Billing, and Operations.
