Job summary

You will process, validate, and post invoices, ensure correct GL and cost center mapping, review investor guidelines, secure approvals, and proactively flag discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 3 years relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and post invoices in accordance with internal controls and SLAs.
• Ensure correct mapping (GL, cost center, project, investor/loan attributes) and timely payment execution.
• Review and interpret investor and client guidelines; apply allowable limits and business rules to each line item.
• Identify items exceeding allowables; secure and document required approvals prior to payment.
• Proactively flag discrepancies, document gaps and over allowable billing.
• Research root causes, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and execute corrective actions to resolution.
