Job summary

M&T Bank in Getzville, NY is seeking a Vendor Invoice Processing Specialist to handle invoice processing for Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO, Litigation, Property Preservation, and Eviction departments in compliance with investor guidelines.

You will process, validate, and post invoices, ensure correct GL and cost center mapping, review investor guidelines, secure approvals, and proactively flag discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 3 years relevant work experience required.

• Research root causes, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and execute corrective actions to resolution.
