Job summary

Culture Fits LLC is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) to act as a trusted technology advisor to our clients. This role emphasizes executive engagement, business-aligned technology roadmaps, and governance rather than ticket resolution.

The vCIO will guide clients through technology planning, budgeting, cybersecurity risk, operational improvement, and responsible AI adoption, connecting each recommendation to business outcomes and risks.

Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in vCIO, technology consulting, IT leadership, account management, customer success, or a similar strategic client-facing role.
Experience working with an MSP, MSSP, technology consulting firm, or multi-client service environment is strongly preferred.
Ability to translate client goals into technology roadmaps and budgets.

Responsibilities

Build trusted executive relationships with owners, executives, and stakeholders.
Lead strategic technology conversations in business terms and align with client risk tolerance.
Develop multiyear technology roadmaps and annual budgets.
Guide AI strategy, governance, and responsible adoption across client environments.
Lead quarterly strategic business reviews and ensure measurable outcomes.
