The role requires 5+ years in IT leadership within MSP, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency with ConnectWise, Cisco, VMware, and Office 365. Occasional after-hours events may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT consulting, account management, or technical leadership within MSP space.
• Proven success in strategic IT planning, budgeting, and engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen aligning technology with business strategy.
• Industry certifications (e.g., MCSA, VCP, CCNA) are a plus.
• Proficiency with ConnectWise, Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, Office 365, and advanced Mac OS support preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as a strategic advisor, aligning client technology with business goals.
• Deliver executive-level insights and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure client environments are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance and growth.
• Develop IT roadmaps, lead business reviews, manage budgets, and uphold compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact and escalation.
• Mentor internal team members and foster cross-department collaboration.
• Identify gaps and scope initiatives with technical teams.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
