Vontier is seeking a Senior Transformation Leader to own governance and execution quality across its portfolio of chartered value-stream transformations. You will translate enterprise priorities into KPI-backed charters, coach VBSLs, establish baselines and Finance validation, and remove cross-functional barriers to deliver measurable KPI transformation results.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in lean/enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record in enterprise transformation and business turnaround using lean methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional transformations with measurable outcomes.
• Experience mentoring transformation leaders and influencing senior sponsors.
• Demonstrated financial judgment and ability to adapt methods across varied conditions.
• Willingness to travel regularly (30-40%).
