Vontier is seeking a Senior Transformation Leader to own governance of value-stream transformations and translate enterprise priorities into KPI-backed charters. You will coach VBSLs, establish baselines, and ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable results.

You will sponsor chartered work, run weekly reviews, and drive capability transfer so central capacity can move to the next priority while maintaining strong financial judgment.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of lean transformation and enterprise transformation experience.
• Proven track record in lean-driven business turnarounds.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% globally.

Responsabilidades

• Define transformation charters with sponsors and executives.
• Assign and mentor VBSLs; establish baselines and reviews.
• Lead weekly transformation governance and KPI visibility.
• Remove cross-functional barriers and ensure method fit the problem.
• Capture learning and transfer capability for exit readiness.
