Job summary

Vontier Corporation seeks an executive-level transformation leader to own governance and execution quality across its chartered value-stream transformations. You will translate enterprise priorities into KPI-backed charters, coach VBSL capacity, establish baselines and finance validation, and remove cross-functional barriers to deliver measurable KPI outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in business, operations or functional field with lean background.
• Proven enterprise transformation and business turnaround using lean methods.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Led complex cross-functional transformations with measurable outcomes.
• Mentored transformation leaders and influenced senior sponsors.
• Strong financial judgment and ability to adapt methods across conditions.
• Willingness to travel regularly (30-40%) across a global portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and execution quality across portfolio of chartered value-stream transformations.
• Translate enterprise priorities into KPI-backed charters and assign VBSL capacity.
• Establish baselines, finance validation and remove cross-functional barriers.
• Hold portfolio accountable for measurable KPI transformation and outcomes.
• Mentor VBSLs in systems thinking, problem solving, and executive influence.
• Coordinate with sponsors, functional leaders and matrixed teams to deliver results.
• Capture learning and improve transformation standards and charters.
