Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related business discipline.
• 15 years of related experience in supply chain, business or enterprise leadership roles.
• International experience and drive to work with diverse teams and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Value Creation Strategy & Framework initiatives, aligning with corporate goals and driving margin improvement and cash generation.
• Identify and assess improvement opportunities across the full P&L, build business cases, and define scope and risks.
• Drive priority initiatives from concept to delivery, including tariff mitigation and cross-functional programs.
• Develop governance models for operating with a robust cadence, reporting, and risk management across regions.
• Build capability in strategic modelling, opportunity analysis, and cross-functional value creation.
• Leverage revenue growth management concepts including pricing, trade spend, and customer profitability.
