You will build financial models for growth investments, collaborate across Operations, Product, Technology, and Leadership, and own high-impact projects that influence growth and performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity Operations, or a related field.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial insights to strategic decisions.
• Experience building business cases and evaluating growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial analyses, business cases, scenario planning, and value-creation initiatives.
• Develop financial models to support growth investments, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Partner with leadership across Operations, Product, Technology, and other functions to drive key decisions.
• Create tools, dashboards, and reporting that improve performance visibility and decision-making.
• Independently lead high-impact strategic projects from concept through execution.
• Analyze opportunities and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
• Support long-term growth planning and strategic initiatives across the organization.
