Job summary

Vizient in Irving, TX seeks a Value Analysis leader to drive product standardization, cost savings, and quality outcomes across the healthcare organization. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, and supply chain leaders to evaluate products, technologies, and services using data-driven insights.

You will oversee new product requests, facilitate value analysis initiatives, and support strategic decisions that maximize total value for clients and patients.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in value analysis, supply chain or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading value analysis programs and related initiatives.
• Ability to analyze diverse data to support decision-making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Location: Irving, TX with hybrid 3 days in office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the value analysis program.
• Serve as gatekeeper for new product requests and vendor products.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership for team representation.
• Organize and facilitate value analysis team meetings.
• Analyze data to identify savings and improvements.
• Research clinical evidence to support evaluations.
• Develop evaluation criteria and communicate findings.
• Lead implementation and conversions for standardization.
• Develop value analysis policies and workflows.
• Coordinate educational programs and mentor specialists.
