Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Value Analysis Analyst in Irving, TX to analyze clinical, operational, financial, and supply chain data, identify opportunities for product standardization, utilization management, and cost optimization.

You will collaborate with clinical, supply chain and finance teams to support product evaluations, technology assessments, and implementation of approved initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions and improve patient safety

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing clinical, financial, operational, or supply chain data in healthcare.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and evaluate AI outputs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, financial, utilization, quality, and supply chain data to identify cost savings and operational improvements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards and analyses for Value Analysis initiatives.
• Track and report cost savings, product utilization trends, and initiative outcomes with accurate documentation.
• Support product evaluations, technology assessments, and RFP activities.
• Coordinate supply continuity by addressing back orders, discontinuations and recalls with stakeholders.
• Conduct evidence-based research using literature, benchmarking and market data for recommendations.
• Prepare materials for Value Analysis committees and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, supply chain, finance and operations to implement product conversions and standardization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data quality and workflows.
• Monitor healthcare supply chain trends and emerging technologies to support departmental initiatives.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance data analysis and reporting while evaluating outputs for accuracy.
