Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a seasoned value analysis leader to guide strategic initiatives for healthcare clients. You will drive product evaluation, utilization optimization, and cost-reduction programs through collaboration with clinical, supply chain, and executive teams.

You will analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to uncover opportunities and deliver measurable value across organizations, while mentoring teams and advancing internal methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7+ years of healthcare value analysis, clinical supply chain, strategic sourcing, or healthcare consulting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, product evaluation, utilization management, and value analysis methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to influence diverse client audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead value analysis initiatives to improve clinical quality and cost efficiency.
• Develop and execute value analysis strategies aligned with client priorities.
• Provide expert consultation on product utilization, standardization, and supply chain optimization.
• Collaborate with clinical, supply chain, finance, and executive leaders to identify cost reductions.
• Analyze data to evaluate product performance, identify trends, and support strategic recommendations.
• Establish governance structures and processes for value analysis programs.
