Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Valuation Specialist in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on applying valuation principles across all property types within commercial real estate, delivering high-quality analyses for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, and lenders.

You will work with team members across geographies to ensure exceptional client service, while independently gathering data and presenting results in a clear, concise manner.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• CRE experience/background to perform the role.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, funds, lenders, etc.
• Work with team members across geographies to deliver client service and results.
• Independently gather data through direct client interaction, including interviews with Brokers and Property Managers.
• Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.
• Assist with preparing and presenting results of analysis.
