Colliers International in Portland, ME, is seeking a Valuation Services Director to lead top-tier valuation and advisory work for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds and lenders. You will originate new client relationships, manage a multi-geography team, and deliver high-quality appraisals using discounted cash flow, Sales Comparison and Cost approaches.

This hybrid role requires MAI designation, 10+ years of experience, a BA and advanced appraisal coursework; Colliers offers strong benefits

Formación

• MAI designation is required.
• 10+ years of related appraisal experience.
• Bachelor's degree and additional appraisal coursework preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver client service.
• Allocation of appraisal assignments.
• Supervision of trainee appraisers.
• Execute valuation and advisory assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, open and closed-end funds, lenders.
