Asana, Inc. seeks an experienced Renewals professional to oversee client renewals, renew licenses, and identify growth opportunities while protecting the customer relationship and ARR. This role may be remote within the US or based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule.

Primary duties include negotiating renewals, managing forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize contract value. The candidate will work with cross-functional groups such as Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Legal,

Qualificações

• 3–5 years Renewals experience with quota achievement
• SaaS renewal experience preferred
• Strong account management and negotiation skills

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate contract renewals using commercial judgment
• Identify customer needs to drive on-time renewal closure
• Engage decision makers to uncover requirements and budget
• Develop win/win pricing and renewal strategies
• Maintain 150-day rolling forecast and analyze renewal data
• Document renewal steps in SFDC/Clari
• Manage quote-to-close for renewals within territory
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Legal, Finance, CS, and Sales Management to ensure value
