Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Strong experience partnering with senior leadership and driving HR strategy.
• Experience supporting multi-state US operations, including New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Lead US HR strategy and drive scalable people practices aligned with DataOne's global goals.
• Partner with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• Develop HR governance, processes, and operating models to support growth.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management for US operations.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
