Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in HR, business, or organizational development.
• Master's degree is advantageous for senior HR leadership.
• Experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader in US operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead US HR strategy and execution for DataOne’s US operations, focused on NJ and multi-state support.
• Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and succession planning.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and governance in alignment with company policies.
• Drive compensation, benefits, HR operations, and data-driven HR governance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations on sensitive matters and strategic workforce initiatives.
