ADP is hiring an Upmarket Account Executive to drive new business growth in a defined 25–49 employee territory and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You’ll engage business owners and decision‑makers, promoting ADP’s HCM solutions to address payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance needs.

You’ll work with modern sales tools, participate in top‑tier training, and have access to career advancement within a stable, global tech company.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of quota‑carrying B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability as a new business hunter.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Able to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern digital sales tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and manage the full cycle from prospecting to close.
• Implement a targeted sales strategy to decision‑makers and business owners.
• Develop and deepen relationships within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and be a trusted ADP ambassador.
• Utilize multi‑channel outreach including networking, referrals, and social selling.
