Job summary

Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions to lead recruitment and the admissions process for first year and transfer students. The role provides strategic direction and partners with campus colleagues to advance enrollment growth as part of the SEM division.

Responsibilities include high school and community college outreach, event planning, data reporting, and program development to enhance belonging and access.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years in college admissions, enrollment management, or similar roles.
• Strong CRM, analytical and technical skills.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Ability to speak bilingually a plus: Spanish, Somali, Arabic or Hmong.

Responsibilities

• Engage with high school staff and community college partners; oversee first year and transfer admissions.
• Collaborate with admissions and operations to plan recruitment and events.
• Provide data reporting to inform strategy and assess team performance.
• Lead a team of direct reports and mentor staff.
• Design engagement approaches and remove barriers to access.
