Job summary

Augsburg University is seeking an Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions to lead recruitment and admissions strategy for first‑year and transfer students. You will manage the admissions process, engage with high schools and community colleges, and partner with campus teams to plan events and travel.

You will also supervise staff, analyze admissions data, and refine processes to improve yield and applicant experience across the enrollment cycle.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in college admissions, enrollment management, and/or comparable professional roles.
• Strong CRM, analytical, and technical skills.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct student and counselor engagement and partnership engagement to drive recruitment.
• Oversee undergraduate and transfer admissions processes and decisions.
• Collaborate with campus partners to plan recruitment events and travel, including budgeting.
• Provide data reporting and analysis to inform strategy and assess team performance.
• Lead a team of direct reports and contribute to continuous process improvements.
