The Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions plays a key role in advancing the university’s strategic enrollment goals through thoughtful planning and execution. This position develops and implements data-informed recruitment strategies, both on and off campus, to meet enrollment objectives, while also overseeing and strengthening partnerships with high schools, community organizations, churches, and other key constituents that support the enrollment pipeline. Additionally, the Assistant Director cultivates a high standard of customer service throughout the entire admissions process. They ensure prospective students and their families experience clear communication, personalized guidance, and a welcoming, student-centered approach. The role includes counseling students, building relationships, and modeling service excellence across all touchpoints within the admissions funnel.
