Job summary

Lionsgate is seeking a Manager to join the Worldwide TV & Digital Distribution team in Santa Monica, reporting to the Sr. Director, Sales Strategy & Planning.

You will support the Domestic TV Sales function across VOD and linear licensing, focusing on the studio’s series library and revenue opportunities. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to build financial projections, deal decks, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy/planning, content licensing or acquisitions, finance, or related experience.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning process for domestic go-to-market strategies for new release/library series.
• Identify opportunities to monetize catalog series and manage licensing opportunities.
• Prepare projections and deal decks for executive leadership.
• Model financial scenarios for high‑value IP.
• Collaborate with Sales, Acquisitions, Finance, Rights, Legal and Marketing teams.
• Monitor rights management and contract terms across systems.
• Track commitments and provide regular sales updates.
