Job summary

Lionsgate is seeking an Associate Manager for Audience Growth & Programming on Emerging Platforms in Santa Monica, CA. You will drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention across Lionsgate’s digital platforms, shaping programming strategy, channel curation, and library optimization.

You’ll leverage analytics to optimize performance and monetize reach across global markets. You will collaborate with the Digital Strategy team and cross-functional partners to implement scalable growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital content programming, audience growth, or platform strategy.
• Strong understanding of digital platform ecosystems (AVOD, FAST, YouTube, social), content performance analytics, and growth strategies.
• Great strategic, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience growth strategies across digital platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and other social channels.
• Analyze platform performance, viewer behavior, and subscriber trends to inform programming and content strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content, marketing, and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track audience growth, engagement, and monetization metrics.
• Identify and test new content strategies, formats, and distribution tactics to drive subscriber growth.
• Manage content scheduling, programming calendars, and channel launches to ensure consistency and performance.
