Job summary

Qualifications

• Account management skills including relationship building and portfolio management.
• Sales and sales-management experience with prospecting and closing deals.
• Knowledge of insurance and lease operations, including lease structures and contract coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in commercial truck, fleet, automotive, or transportation leasing is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with CRM and office software proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial truck lease customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Meet sales and profitability targets and prepare lease proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation and timely vehicle delivery.
• Maintain relationships and monitor account performance, offering consultative leasing guidance.
