Job summary

Truist, a leading financial services company, seeks a Treasury Solutions sales professional to drive consultative sales of TS products to assigned client groups. The role focuses on cash flow management, risk mitigation, and collaboration with bankers and product partners to grow revenue and portfolio size.

Required is a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of sales experience in financial/treasury products; CTP certification within 12 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Maintains deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions.
• Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan, develops strong partnerships to identify and drive client and prospect sales opportunities to achieve revenue and portfolio growth.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities and engage in strategic client planning.
• Independently manages a portfolio of clients with TS needs and knowledge of banking and TS products and services.
• Develops detailed relationship plans for clients/prospects to identify retention and new client acquisition opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services and solutions, including receivables, payables, information reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to all applicable policies and proactively escalates issues and risks to leadership.
• Communicates with clients effectively via in-person, email, voicemail, or virtual meetings.
• Reports on sales efforts, progression, and revenue.
