Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Treasury Solutions sales professional to drive consultative sales with a focus on risk mitigation and working capital management. The role covers multiple client groups and requires strong partnership with line of business, product teams, and relationship managers.

The candidate will independently manage a portfolio of Treasury Solutions needs and develop strategic plans to retain and acquire clients, delivering liquidity, receivables and payables

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience in financial or treasury products/services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plan to achieve revenue and portfolio growth for assigned client group.
• Foster relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic client planning.
• Manage a portfolio of TS needs with knowledge of banking and treasury products.
• Develop detailed relationship plans for clients and prospects to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provide client working capital services including receivables, payables, information reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Adhere to policies and escalate issues to leadership.
• Consult with clients via in-person or remote communications.
• Accurately report sales efforts and revenue progression.
