Job summary

Truist in Miami seeks a Senior Treasury Solutions Sales professional to consultatively sell TS products to assigned client groups with a focus on working capital and risk mitigation. You will develop relationship plans, collaborate with product partners, and independently manage a TS client portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of sales experience in financial/treasury products, plus CTP certification within 12 months. CFA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products/services.
• Deep understanding of Working Capital solutions.
• Must obtain CTP within 12 months of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan; build partnerships with lines of business and internal partners to drive client and prospect sales opportunities.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners to execute strategic client planning.
• Manages a portfolio of TS client needs; demonstrates working capital knowledge and product familiarity.
• Develops detailed relationship plans to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services and liquidity solutions (receivables/payables/info reporting).
• Adheres to policies; escalates issues to leadership as needed.
• Communicates effectively with clients via in-person, email, voicemail, or virtual meetings.
• Reports sales effort progression and revenue accurately.
