Job summary

Truist in Dallas is seeking a Senior Treasury Solutions sales professional to drive consultative sales across assigned client groups, focusing on cash flow management and risk mitigation. You will build partnerships with bankers and product partners while managing a portfolio of TS needs and delivering liquidity solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in financial/treasury sales, a deep understanding of working capital concepts, and a plan to obtain CTP within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field or experience.
• 5 years of sales experience in financial or treasury products.
• Deep understanding of Working Capital solutions.
• Must obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and drives client revenue and portfolio growth.
• Develops partnerships with line of business and internal partners.
• Manages a portfolio of TS client needs and treasury offerings.
• Develops relationship plans to retain and acquire clients.
• Provides working capital services including receivables, payables, reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to policies and escalates risks when needed.
• Consults with clients via in-person, email, voicemail, or virtual meetings.
• Reports on sales efforts and revenue progression.
