Job summary

State Bank seeks a seasoned market development professional to drive growth in the assigned Ohio market. You will support relationship engagement, community presence, and cross‑department collaboration to deliver on the bank’s annual operating and marketing plans.

You will work with internal partners to promote Treasury Management solutions, manage a prospect pipeline, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional customer service and

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field normally required; banking education/training preferred.
• Minimum of five years in commercial banking, business development, or relationship management roles.

Responsibilities

• Advance market growth by supporting development, engagement, and community presence across bank areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and evaluate annual marketing and business plans.
• Represent the bank in the local market through events and COI activities to enhance brand and relationships.
• Promote the bank’s full suite of products, referring clients to appropriate internal partners.
• Identify opportunities to provide Treasury Management services to new and existing clients.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and document activities in the CRM system.
• Provide timely sales, referral, and market activity information to management.
