One Community Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Business Development professional onsite to grow core deposits by building relationships across commercial, municipal, and individual clients. You will sell treasury and cash management products and coordinate ACH origination and business online banking implementations.

Work closely with the Commercial Lending team and the Director of Treasury Management, participate in community events, and represent the bank at local gatherings while driving

Qualifications

• 3–5 years banking experience or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for data and proposals.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture new relationships across commercial, municipal, and individual clients to grow core deposits.
• Sell treasury management and cash management products to new and existing clients.
• Coordinate ACH origination and business online banking implementations for clients.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lending team and the Director of Treasury Management on initiatives.
• Represent the bank at community events and engage in cross-selling and referrals; participate in weekly sales meetings.
