Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Treasury Accounting and Control Manager based in Burlington, MA. You will influence treasury decisions, manage complex instruments, and coordinate with Global Control, FP&A, and Tax.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of treasury accounting, financial control or treasury-related audit experience.
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP for treasury transactions including debt, derivatives, hedge accounting and fair value.
• Experience preparing or reviewing consolidated treasury disclosures and working with external auditors.
• Experience designing, operating or assessing SOX controls and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations for treasury activities and monthly, quarterly and annual close.
• Deliver treasury notes and disclosures under US GAAP for interest, borrowings and derivatives.
• Manage treasury reporting of net income/expense, valuations and provide timely information to Global Control and FP&A.
• Lead accounting analysis of complex financial instruments and hedge accounting documentation.
• Oversee the treasury SOX control framework and external audit relations.
• Lead treasury execution of internal restructurings and support refinancing/M&A.
• Drive treasury process improvements and ensure continuity of cash operations and KYC controls.
