Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Treasury Manager, Cash Management and Data Analytics based in Burlington, MA. You will own North American cash management, enhance liquidity planning, and optimize banking arrangements as part of the Global Treasury team.

You will build forecasts, drive cash centralization, and deliver analytics using Power BI, Python, and SQL. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work, plus annual bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years in corporate treasury, banking or treasury consulting.
• Hands-on cash management, liquidity, and treasury controls.
• Experience with data analytics and process automation (Power BI, Python, SQL).
• Ability to translate business needs into practical analytics or automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own North American cash management and daily treasury payments from Burlington.
• Develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and analyze variances.
• Lead cash centralization and cash pooling for North America.
• Manage commercial paper placements, including pricing and maturities.
• Maintain bank accounts, controls, and timely reporting to management.
• Partner with Shared Financial Services and Technology on treasury initiatives.
