Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Treasury Accounting and Control Manager, based in Burlington, MA, to shape the group’s capital structure and financial results. You will partner with Global Treasury, Global Control, FP&A, and Tax, coordinating with external auditors to ensure accurate reporting.

The role emphasizes leading complex accounting for treasury instruments, hedges, and restructurings, while driving SOX compliance and process improvements across the function.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate treasury accounting, financial control or treasury-related audit or accounting advisory work.
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP for treasury transactions (debt, derivatives, hedge accounting).
• Experience preparing or reviewing treasury disclosures and working with external auditors on complex instruments.
• Experience designing or assessing SOX controls and remediation.
• Experience with treasury process improvement and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules for treasury activities and monthly/quarterly/annual close.
• Prepare treasury notes and disclosures under US GAAP, including interest, borrowings and derivatives.
• Manage treasury reporting, valuation movements, and provide information to Global Control and FP&A.
• Lead hedge accounting documentation and effectiveness assessments; explain implications to senior stakeholders.
• Manage treasury SOX control framework and external auditor relationships.
